Cancellation & Refunds

All bookings are non-refundable except in cases of injury or other exceptional circumstances.

The aim of the SSC Racing program is to ski as much as possible to develop the technical aspects of ski racing, so training will go ahead on snow whatever the weather, so long as the lifts run. If Cairngorm is stormbound but the lifts are able to run at the Lecht, the program may move there for a skiing day. The Head Coach will communicate any alternative arrangements in the WhatsApp group.

If we are unable to ski, the program will move to Loch Insh Outdoor Centre. This is not a ‘make-do’ approach, but taking the opportunity to develop non-technical skills required for ski racing which cannot be developed on snow. This may include activities such as:

• Tactics – racing theory, course inspection
• Physical – fitness training, agility & coordination
• Psychology – mental preparation, psychology of race days
• Equipment – ski tuning, looking after your kit

In the unlikely event of there being absolutely no snow to ski on for a prolonged period (of several consecutive weekends), training will be cancelled and either your payment will be transferable to another day/weekend/block, or refunds issued.
